Ingredients: 180 g 60% dark chocolate 100 g butter 130 g brown sugar 3 eggs 80 g rice flour 30 g cocoa 100 g 70% dark chocolate, chopped Pinch of salt 2–3 tbsp Suprema XV Method:Melt the butter and 60% chocolate together in a bain-marie or microwave. Add sugar and salt, then beat in eggs one by one until smooth. Fold in sifted flour and cocoa, then the chopped 70% chocolate. Pour into a greased tin, add dollops of Suprema XV on top, and swirl with a knife. Bake at 180°C for about 30 min. Enjoy warm or at room temperature…with a scoop of gelato! 10. Melt chocolate and butter, let cool slightly, then mix in. Line a muffin tin, fill each case ¾ full, and add a spoonful of Suprema XV in the centre. Bake at 190°C for about 10 min. Serve warm, with a spoonful of custard scented with orange juice for a gourmet touch.
